SELF CHECKIN – la struttura è dotata di check-in automatico, è necessario effettuare sia il pagamento elettronico che fornire obbligatoriamente tutti i documenti degli ospiti, PRIMA della data di check-in. Solo dopo, invieremo codice apertura porte per entrare.

COLAZIONE / BREAKFAST – verrà servita tramite un voucher spendibile presso un bar in zona e convenzionato con la struttura, del valore di € 3 a persona (1 bevanda + 1 brioche).
It will be served through a voucher that can be spent at a bar in the area and has an agreement with the structure, worth € 3 per person (1 drink + 1 brioche).

CHECK-OUT – l’orario massimo di uscita è previsto per le ore 10:00 am, l’eventuale ritardo verrà addebitato per il 50% del costo della relativa camera per una notte.

PULIZIE | CAMBIO ASCIUGAMANI / CLEANING | CHANGE OF TOWELS – le pulizie vengono effettuate quotidianamente, oltre che ad ogni check-out, il cambio asciugamani e biancheria viene effettuato ogni 3 gg. A discrezione della struttura o in caso di esigenza, potrebbe essere effettuato un cambio prima dei 3 gg previsti, ai sensi anche della legge regionale per bed & breakfast; IN CIRCOSTANZE DI PANDEMIE o EPIDEMIE: onde evitare contatti e diffusione del virus, le pulizie vengono limitate ad una volta ogni 6 gg di pernottamento dello stesso ospite ed in sua assenza dalla camera, mentre il cambio asciugamani rimane fissato ogni 3 gg.

At the discretion of the structure or in case of need, a change could be made before the 3 days foreseen, also in accordance with the regional law for bed & breakfast; IN CIRCUMSTANCES OF PANDEMICS or EPIDEMICS: in order to avoid contact and spread of the virus, cleaning is limited to once every 6 days of the same guest’s stay and in his absence from the room, the change of towels remains fixed every 3 days.

Danni arrecati alla struttura, o a parti di essa come mobilia e/o biancheria e/o elettrodomestici, verranno addebitati e contestati, anche qualora il danneggiante lasciasse la camera in anticipo o in assenza di personale, tramite posta raccomandata allegando fotografie dei danni; La struttura declina ogni responsabilità riguardo lo smarrimento, il furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di proprietà lasciati nelle camere, o dei bagagli, e per eventuali danni a persone, animali o cose da e verso terzi. Lo smarrimento chiavi e il costo di rifacimento verrà addebitato totalmente.
Damages caused to the structure, or to parts of it such as furniture and/or linen and/or appliances, will be charged and contested, even if the injurer leaves the room early or in the absence of staff, by registered mail attaching photographs of the damage; The structure declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of property objects left in the rooms, or luggage, and
for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties. The loss of keys and the cost of refurbishment will be fully charged.

E’ SEVERAMENTE VIETATO l’accesso alla struttura ad altre persone oltre agli ospiti registrati, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza, nonché di abbandonare oggetti personali nelle aree comuni. In caso contrario decliniamo ogni responsabilità. E’ altresì vietato fumare in qualsiasi area interna della struttura. Si auspicano buona educazione e buon senso, nel rispetto reciproco di tutti gli occupanti la struttura.
It’s STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to access the facility to other people other than registered guests, for reasons of Public Security, as well as to leave personal items in the common areas. Otherwise we decline all responsibility. Smoking is also prohibited in any internal area of the structure. Good education and common sense are desirable, with mutual respect for all occupants of the structure.
